NOTES: Full gut renovation of a 4000 SF 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in a beautiful pre-war building on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.  Significant architectural work included relocating the kitchen to arrive at an open-concept kitchen dining area and adding a powder room to the foyer wall, which created a new square volume to allow for dining room art wall, a foyer entrance, a spacious coat closet and a powder room.
